On March 7th, The Pruning School will travel to a beautiful Oakton neighborhood for a day of ornamental shrub and tree pruning.

We will prune andromeda, forsythia, hydrangea, various species of holly, boxwood, barberry, nandina, viburnums, cherries, Vitex, azaleas and more! You ’ll get lots of hands-on experience in this beautiful garden.

Class begins at 10am. We will prune until 2pm with a break for lunch. You provide the lunch, and we provide drinks. Bring hand pruners, handsaw and your artful spark. Remember, it's February, so dress warmly.

In the event of inclement weather, we will follow the lead of Fairfax County Schools. If they are closed, the class will be postponed and rescheduled.
